Pricing and Insurance

We offer upfront affordable prices for cash patients, out-of-network patients and those that choose to use insurance.  In addition to or already affordable prices, we are in-network with multiple insurance companies including, but not limited to Medical Mutual, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare and some Medicaid plans.  We encourage patients that want to use their insurance to check their benefits PRIOR to their first visit.  We will check and run insurance AFTER the first visit, but each plan provides different levels of coverage.
